Without Command and Control, a structure like a Quasi Government in Exile like the IPOB in control of 80 million population that is larger than the whole of West African Nations combined together need to be under Cmmannd and Control. No Democravy now untill they operate under a full scale Governmental Statue.

  2. The IPOB must declear the Republic of Biafra before other liberation Struggle claims Biafra. Waiting for MNK is a very big mistake. They will never release him because since his detention is causing more turmoil for IPOB, they will continue to detain him.
