Former Jets running back Zac Stacy is on the run and wanted by cops after he allegedly savagely beat his ex-girlfriend in front of their 5 month-old son in a caught-on-camera attack, police said Thursday.

Cops in Oakland, Florida have launched a manhunt for Stacy — after the ex-NFL player picked up Kristin Evans “like a ‘rag doll’ and threw her into a 65-inch television,” according to an arrest affidavit obtained by The Post.

In the disturbing footage, the hulking 30-year-old athlete allegedly flew into a rage at Evans’ home at 2 p.m. Saturday. He’s shown striking her with an object in the back of the head and punching her repeatedly before dragging her across the living room and “body-slamming” her on the baby’s walker, according to police.

Stacy — who faces aggravated battery and criminal mischief charges — has since fled the state of Florida, according to cops, and may be hiding out in the Nashville, Tenn. area.

“Efforts are underway to capture Stacy, and we would urge him to turn himself in and face the criminal charges,” the Oakland Police Department said.

Meanwhile, Evans took to social media to beg the public for help catching him.

“I don’t know why his friends are hiding him,” Evans said in a video posted on Instagram Thursday. “If you see him — he drives a white Kia Optima, a 2020 I believe or a 2021.”

Kristin Evans took to Instagram on Thursday, Nov. 18, 2021, to thank supporters and ask for help locating Zac Stacy.

“If you see him or you know of any location that he might be, please turn him in or call your local authorities,” she said.

On Saturday, Stacy texted Evans asking if he could come to her home and visit their child, according to the arrest affidavit. Though the pair had been fighting over the boy for months,  Evans “extended an olive branch” and let Stacy bring over breakfast for her and their son,  according to the affidavit and family court documents.

But the former couple quickly began arguing and Stacy, “struck [her] on the right side of her head, and picked her up and threw her against the television, causing it to crack and fall over,”  according to police.

“He continued yelling at her and striking her while she got up from the floor, and picked her up again and threw her into the baby’s bouncy chair,” the arrest affidavit states. “While she was still on the floor pleading for him to stop, he picked her up and body-slammed her onto a baby walker, causing the object to break.”

When the police arrived, “Food was spilled around the living room and the baby’s bouncy chair was knocked over and broken.”

After the alleged beating, Stacy said “I love you” to his infant son and left before Evans called 911, she said. She later went to a hospital with bruises and a head wound.

In a restraining order, Evans claims Stacy had been abusing her since she became pregnant with his child last year, with the terrifying attacks escalating.

“He will not stop. He will kill me and he will feel justified in his actions,” she wrote in the order.

Evans also revealed in the restraining order that Stacy was “voluntarily hospitalized for mental illness” in March of 2021 and is taking medication for the condition, according to the outlet.

The couple has been arguing over the child since at least August, with Stacy previously seeking shared parental responsibility because it’s “in the best interest of the minor child,” according to a petition to establish paternity.

Stacy also demanded Evans pay for his attorney because he “lacks sufficient funds or means” and is receiving disability payments, according to the court papers.

“Respondent has kept the minor child away from  [Stacy] since the parties separated. Respondent has only allowed limited visitations with the minor child,” the court documents state.

Evans said on social media that Stacy had fled to the Nashville, Tenn., area after police in her hometown of Oakland, Fla., took four days to issue a warrant for his arrest.

“The Oakland PD officers that came to my house didn’t seem to think this was a bad enough incident to make an immediate arrest or to file for an immediate warrant. It took four days of me calling people and an Orange County officer speaking on my behalf,” she wrote.

On Thursday, NFL players responded to the footage with horror — with NFL star Davante Adams calling for him to be arrested.

“ZAC STACY NEED TO BE THROWN UNDER THE JAIL,” the Green Bay Packers receiver tweeted.

Chris Long, a former teammate of Stacy’s on the St. Louis Rams, called the footage sickening. “Woke up to the Zac Stacy video. Made my stomach turn,” he wrote on Twitter.

In the home surveillance video, Evans can be heard begging Stacy to stop hurting her as she falls to the floor.

“He punched me several times in the head! I begged him to stop because the baby was on the couch just a few feet from where he punched me,” Evans wrote in the restraining order.

Evans said she previously filed a police report in October when Stacy allegedly slapped her while she was holding their son.

Stacy, a former fifth-round NFL pick, played in eight games for the Jets in 2015. Before that, he was a St. Louis Ram for two years.
