Fantasy Life Online will end service on December 15 at 14:00 JST in Japan, Level-5 announced.
In a statement, Level-5 said, “Since launch, we have strived to achieve our goal of operating a game that players can enjoy, but have come to the conclusion that it will be difficult to provide satisfactory service going forward, and have thus decided to end service.”
Fantasy Life Online first launched for iOS via App Store and Android via Google Play on July 23, 2018 in Japan.
Boltrend Games recently announced plans to release Fantasy Life Online in the west. At this time, it is unknown whether the game’s termination in Japan will impact its western release.
