  2. Allow the case IPOB has with the Nigerian state over its proscription as terrorist group by the government to proceed. Allow the court to decide if IPOB is a terror group or not. That is the only time MNK will accept that he belongs to IPOB as a member. IPOB will not allow you the undue advantage of her proscription without trial.
