WWE’s dropped a new trailer – and announced a release date for – season two of their Ruthless Aggression docuseries. It premieres on WWE Network/Peacock on Survivor Series Sunday (Nov. 21).

Season one covered the end of the Monday Night War, the arrival of John Cena & Brock Lesnar, the rise of Evolution, and the start of the first brand split. Like the docuseries on their battle with WCW in the 1990s, it’s a very… one-sided view of history. But it covers an undeniably important stretch of time when we learned what Vince McMahon booked shows would look like without competition, and where the company decided the brand would be its biggest star. And of course, they have access to most of the big names from the era, since most of them are still in the company fold.

This season will feature The Rock’s Hollywood-fueled heel turn, Shawn Michaels’ amazing comeback from what everyone thought was a career-ending back injury, the introduction of concepts like Money in the Bank & Elimination Chamber, and the Trish Stratus & Lita-led women’s division before it gave way to the Divas concept.

Sound worth a watch?
